Active Power is one of three finalists in the program’s Innovation category for large companies defined as having 151 or more employees. Category finalists were chosen by a selection committee based on an organization’s demonstration of innovation including the integration of innovation into the daily work environment; innovation through the implementation of new technology; and adversities the company has experienced within the last year and how these obstacles were overcome. Winners will be announced during an awards ceremony on Wednesday, Aug. 27, at the Hilton Austin.
