Disenco Energy Discloses the Terms of the Communications Program with the Investor Relations Group

Disenco Energy, plc, a home energy “green” alternative appliance company, discloses the terms of its new communications program with the Investor Relations Group (“IRG”).

The terms of the Company’s new corporate communications program (the “Program”) with IRG, which was disclosed in a press release dated September 16, 2008, are as follows:

* A program that includes both public and investor relations;
* The aggregate amount payable under the public relations and investor relations agreements (the “Agreements”) for the Program is $13,600 per month over the term of the Agreements; and
* IRG has been granted options to purchase an aggregate of 973,000 common shares of Disenco Energy plc at an exercise price of $0.50 per common share for a period of five years. The options will vest and be exercisable as to 25% every quarter.

The initial term of the Agreements is for twelve months with automatic renewals of successive twelve-month periods. The Agreements may be terminated by any party with or without cause at anytime without any prepayment penalties.
