ENERCON Acquires EPIC of Marietta, Georgia

ENERCON, with offices in Kennesaw, Ga. has acquired EPIC Consulting, Inc. of Marietta, Ga., an environmental and geotechnical firm specializing in highly customized solutions primarily for real estate development and energy related businesses.

ENERCON Vice President John Corn said, “EPIC is an excellent fit for ENERCON and will complement our environmental and technical services. EPIC and ENERCON’s environmental division provide similar services but EPIC’s geotechnical expertise is a great addition to our services. This ENERCON acquisition will provide a better geographic footprint and larger platform for our services nationwide.”
