Gale Force Petroleum grants extension of option to purchase Woodnorth property until September 10, 2008 for $200,000

Gale Force Petroleum Inc. announced that it has agreed to extend until September 10, 2008 the Option to Purchase the Corporation’s Woodnorth property held by Kripa Energy Inc. The Option to Purchase was initially granted on August 5, 2008. Kripa Energy Inc. has paid a non-refundable Extension Fee of $200,000 cash to secure the extension of the Option to Purchase until September 10, 2008.
