NP Capital Corp announced today that it has purchased various assets including the website www.SolarEnergy.com and the name of Solar Energy, Inc. The website currently receives over 100,000 web hits per month from people seeking information about products or how to enter the solar industry. This purchase will allow NP Capital to promote its products and services by reaching a wider audience in a more efficient manner. NP Capital will also begin servicing a growing network of 30+ distributors in the supply of solar products throughout the United States. NP Capital will also run a “Solar University” intensive training course for those interested in joining the solar industry and becoming distributors of NP Capital solar products.
CEO Brad Holt stated, “This is a major milestone as we move from development stage to a revenue generating company. This purchase gives us access to a growing list of clients for our solar panels. Our biggest strength today is our guaranteed source of supply of solar panels at a very competitive price. We are excited about the opportunities that are now available for NP Capital to generate more distribution, sales and development opportunities in the solar industry through our new web portal.”
NP Capital is dedicated to improving the world’s dependence on fossil fuels by providing electricity through solar energy and at the same time increasing shareholder value. We are executing on a three pronged approach to achieve our five year plan. This includes becoming a developer of solar parks where we bring together landowners, utilities, and ourselves to build large fields of solar panels and sell the resultant energy output into the power grid. We will also sell solar solutions to owners of large commercial buildings where our solar panels are installed on rooftops with the energy output sold to the occupant(s) of the building with the excess energy being sold to the local utility company. Additionally, we will develop a dealer network that will sell and install solar solutions to homeowners and smaller commercial developments.
