Encore Energy Systems announced it has executed a Letter of Intent to merge with BioConversions International. BioConversions reports over $17,000,000 in projected sales with net earnings of approximately 12%. Encore Energy Systems will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of the new combined entity.
