Peabody Energy (NYSE: BTU) Declares Dividend of $0.085 Per Share

The board of directors of Peabody Energy today declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.085 per share. The dividend is payable on March 3, 2011, to holders of record on Feb. 10, 2011. Peabody Energy is the world’s largest private-sector coal company and a global leader in clean coal solutions. Vattenfall has signed a deal to sell Hillerød Combined Heat and Power Station in Denmark The buyer of the CHP station and the northbound heat transmission line is Hillerød Forsyning. Simultaneously a deal has been struck with Vestforbrænding on buying a southbound heat transmission line from Hillerød CHP station.
