Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. Announces Pricing of Common Units

Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. today announced that it has priced an offering of 4,400,000 common units representing limited partner interests at a public offering price of $26.27 per unit. Ferrellgas Partners, L.P. has also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 660,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any.
