Clearview Acquisitions Closes Merger with Helix Wind, Inc.

Clearview Acquisitions, Inc. announced that it has completed its previously-disclosed acquisition of Helix Wind Inc. As previously reported in the January 29, 2009 press release, Helix Wind is engaged in the manufacture and sale of small wind turbines designed to generate 2.5 to 5 KW of clean, renewable electricity.
