We Energies filed an application today with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSCW) for authorization to build the Glacier Hills Wind Park. Avista has re-filed a request with the Public Utility Commission of Oregon to decrease the company’s annual purchase gas cost adjustment (PGA) effective Nov. 1, 2008. AmerenUE crews restored more than 86,000 Missouri customers since storms from Hurricane Ike hit the area yesterday (Sunday).
