The United States Advanced Battery Consortium (USABC), with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy, has awarded Johnson Controls-Saft a contract valued at $8.2 million. Otter Tail Power Company has entered into an agreement with M-Power, LLC, to purchase a portion of its Luverne Wind Farm under development in east central North Dakota.
