Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announced that the Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division has notified Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics U.S.A Inc. (MEUS), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric, that DOJ has closed its grand jury investigation of possible antitrust violations regarding static random access memory (SRAM) sales in the US market.
