Worldwide Energy and Manufacturing Announces $13.7 Million in New Solar Module Contracts

These orders demonstrate Worldwide’s continued successful implementation into the renewable energy market.

The German Advisory Council on Global Change expects 80% of global energy to be generated from renewable sources by 2100. According to Solarbuzz, world solar cell production reached 3,436 megawatts (MW) in 2007, up from 2,204 MW in 2006; and, in 2007, the PV industry generated $17.2 billion in global revenues.
